WHOLESALE TERMS
These terms apply to approved wholesale accounts purchasing from Hidden Hearth Ceramics (“HHC”). Questions? Email karinb@hiddenhearthceramics.com.
Eligibility
Wholesale is available to approved retail partners with a physical storefront. At this time, wholesale purchasing is for in-store retail only.
In-store only policy
Wholesale items may be sold in your physical retail location(s).
Online resale is not permitted (including webshops, marketplaces, and social-platform checkout) unless explicitly approved in writing.
If we find products listed for online resale without approval, we’ll request removal. Continued listings may result in wholesale access being revoked.
Minimum order
No minimum order quantity during the pilot phase.
(We may introduce order minimums in the future as production scales.)
Lead times
Most items are made to order. Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
Reorders of in-stock designs may be available in 3–5 weeks, subject to availability.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit is due at order confirmation. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment.
Invoices are issued via PayPal. Payment by credit card, bank transfer, or check may be accepted by arrangement.
Shipping, pickup, and delivery
Local pickup/delivery: available by arrangement.
Shipping: available upon request; shipping costs are quoted separately and billed prior to shipment.
Partial shipments: available by request.
Cancellations & changes
Because many items are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun. If you need to adjust an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Damages
Please inspect deliveries promptly. We will replace or credit damaged items if reported within 10 days of receipt with photos.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns for wholesale orders except in the case of damage or defect as described above.
Product display & branding
Products should be displayed and sold as Hidden Hearth Ceramics. If you’d like signage or product story cards, let us know—happy to help with display support as available.
